Fred enjoyed playing golf anywhere but especially at Carlowden Country Club and in the Pinehurst, NC area. He was a Past Exalted Ruler (PER) at the Lowville Elks Lodge and was involved in the FCCLA/FHA at the state level. He enjoyed spending time at his camp in Lyonsdale, NY and his second home in Seven Lakes, NC. Fred loved spending time with his family, especially golfing with John, Jill, Ben and his brother Don, watching Anna’s plays and Alex’s swim meets, and watching Charlotte play and grow. He also loved his home improvement ideas, woodworking, looking at new cars, trying out new restaurants and the many dogs that wandered through his life. Most of all he enjoyed spending every day and doing everything together with his loving wife, Ellen. He will be greatly missed by all of us.
