Condolence From: Michele (Morreale) Sloma
Condolence: Jay was part of one of the best times of my life, I can remember all the practices above Denato's and gigs with Amber Warning. All the good times, laughing it up with his sarcasm. Thank you for the laughs and especially for the music. You will always hold a place in my heart, I will miss you my dear friend. Keep rocking xoxoxo

Condolence: Jay was one of the kindest persons to me when I first arrived at Strough Junior High for the 7th grade. We ended up working together years later for a short time, and he remained very nice and easy going. He also shared his faith in Christ for which I also shared. My condolences to his family and all those who loved him.

Condolence From: Bronwen (Hoppe) O'Neill
Condolence: So sorry to hear about Jay's passing. My twin brother Tyson & I went to RFA with Jay although I was not aware of his diabetes. Being a nurse now I understand the implications of diabetes on his kidneys and blood vessels, circulation and his heart etc. Very sorry for your loss and for the ravages of the disease. I'm very sorry for your loss and especially to his children for losing their father, that is so difficult. Take care.
