Condolence: To Joyce’s family... our family is so sad for your loss. In the short time we knew Joyce we absolutely fell in love. She was a wonderful person and a great roommate to my great aunt Elvira Tinsley at Rome Hospitals short term rehab floor. I was thinking of her today and found this beautiful obituary and felt the need to leave a note. I am so sad we did not know of her passing, otherwise, we would have attended her service.
