Mark Patrick Falk, DVM, age 60, of Taberg, passed away December 13, 2017.
He was born February 27, 1957, in Teaneck, NJ, a son of the late Carl and Alice Gallagher Falk.
He graduated from North Bergen Catholic School, Boston College and received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Oklahoma State University. Mark was united in marriage to the former Remonia Jacobsen on September 30, 1988, in Stillwater, OK. He was the owner and veterinarian at Greystone Animal Hospital. He was a member of the New York State Veterinary Medical Society and the American Veterinary Medical Association.
Mark was a dedicated husband and loving father. He had a fondness for animals so much that he dedicated his life to them. He was a part of many people’s lives and will be greatly missed by many.
Mark is survived by his wife, Remonia; two daughters, Rae Falk and Peyton Falk, both of Taberg; three sons, Chance Falk of Cazenovia, Forrest Falk of Rome, and Carl Falk of Rome; three sisters and two brothers in law, Mary and Ricardo Losada of Colombia, Margaret Falk of New Jersey, and Alice and Richard Sposa of Norwood, NJ; two brothers and a sister in law, C. Stephen and Marcia Falk of Berkley Heights, NJ, and Thomas Falk of Farmington, ME; and four grandchildren, Jennia, Derek, Sophia and Chance.
A Mass of Christian Burial celebrated by Rev. Philip A. Hearn, will be held on Monday at 10:00 AM, at St. Peter’s Church.
