Rhonda R. McNamara, age 54, of the Town of Lee, passed away peacefully at home on February 16, 2018, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Rhonda was born in Rome to the late Albert and Penton Cavanaugh Rotach. She was educated in the Rome Schools. On September 11, 2010, she was united in marriage to Wyatt L. McNamara. Rhonda worked as an imports specialist at Sovena in Rome.
Rhonda enjoyed camping, planting flowers and gardening. She loved her dogs and Scooby Doo.
Rhonda is survived by her loving husband, Wyatt; three daughters, Erica Joe Davis, Tiffany Lyn (Esteban Jr.) Davis-Hernandez, DeAnna Jae Washburn; a son, Robert (Stephanie) McNamara; an adopted daughter, Danielle Sawyer; eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren; a sister, Robin Miller; a daughter in law, Desiree Davis; a mother in law, Linda McNamara; and serveral nieces, nephews and adopted children. She was predeceased by a son, Jeromie Davis, and a brother in law, Scott McNamara.
Rhonda’s funeral will be held on Tuesday at 6 PM at the Barry Funeral Home, 807 W. Chestnut Street. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home from 4 to 6 PM prior to the funeral.
